Most of my life has been about helping people- listening to them, guiding them, and helping them pay attention to their own lives , discovering the strengths that lay in them to solve their own challenges.

My years of pastoral counseling experience and mentoring combined with training in helping people and a lifetime of listening to people in crisis make me uniquely qualified to help just about anyone.
